St Anne’s House has a large free car park, with accessible parking spots, bike racks, and a Tier E-Bikes parking spot 2 minutes walk away.
St Anne’s House is equipped with accessible amenities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. It offers convenient parking, ramps for easy access, wide doors, inclusive toilets, clear signage, and accessible sinks.

On Tuesdays-Fridays Cibomatto run a cafe serving hot drinks, cakes and lunches on the ground floor.
The Playrooms
We have 2 playrooms on the second floor, tucked at the back and close to the toilets.
Our playrooms are full of lots of open-ended play materials. They both have sand trays, mini figures, musical instruments, clay, art materials, dressing up, puppets, lego, a doll’s house, a tent, balls, games, dolls, and role play bits.

We have a playroom based in The Stable, which is a community hub in the heart of Weston-Super-Mare.

We have connected with the wonderful community at Woodcroft Community Orchard who allow us to use their space for therapeutic sessions.
We have limited access for 1:1 play therapy sessions and groups.
There are ponds, an allotment area, fruit trees, a fire pit, and tree swings.
On street parking is usually available, highlighted in yellow on the map.
Entrance is down a steep, rocky track past the allotments, circled in red on the map.
